An expert in 0-to-1 product development, Varun co-founded and headed product at Labaiik and Hyre—successfully launching a UAE freelance marketplace in under eight months—before going on to lead platform development at Olymon and Diagnio. Today, he continues to drive healthcare innovation as the Product Head at MedZiva International Healthcare, where he architected an automated, AI-first platform connecting patients with medical providers across the UAE.
